Quick service day statement
A QUICK BREAKDOWN OF WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR SERVICE DAY
On your regularly scheduled service day you can expect an ‘on the way’ text letting you know we are in range and arriving at your house within 30-45 minutes.
A uniformed Dogface technician will arrive in a branded vehicle. He will enter your property at your designated access point and quickly secure the gate behind him to avoid any 4 legged escape artists attempt at independence!
Dogface will meticulously walk your entire property in a grid like pattern to ensure piles are not missed including grass, flower beds, walkways, molche, deck, patio, gravel and dirt ensuring a comprehensive poop free yard.
Complimenting your poop scooping service with an add-on full service Deodorizing or Freshen Up treatment if requested in your assignment log.
Once finished Dogface will double bag and tie off all collected waste and dispose of the waste in your garbage can for city collection. Dogface will then collect our gear and leave your yard securing the access point by triple checking that the access point is locked, latched and closed and document it with a photo of your secured access point.
You will then immediately receive a text and email confirmation that your service is completed including a picture of your secured access point.
From there we will head for the truck to disinfect and sanitize our gear, tools and boots for the next service down-line.

Upon arrival your Dogface technician will provide a swift on-sight inspection of your property, to accurately assess and calculate your estimate based on required total waste collection and time needed to complete your project.
Your proposal will then be communicated to you immediately for your final approval before service begins. We gladly welcome all home owners to walk the property with your Dogface technician on inspection for clarity and accuracy as needed.
