We have a client portal where payment is processed. Once you have chosen the package that works best for you and submit your form on our website, we will create an account on your behalf. We will then send your login info to your email, the email will be from "Sweep&Go, if you do not see this email within 10 minutes (during normal business hours) of submitting your form, please call us at 505-399-4971. Inside your portal account, you will have access to copies of all paid invoices, records of past cleanups, and you can link your credit/debit card into the secure platform. After you link your card, we will generate and pay invoices on your behalf and send you receipts. You can access the client portal at Client Dashboard

Your card will need to be linked to your account by the time we arrive at your home. If your card is not connected by this time, we will attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If no contact is made, we will reschedule your cleanup for the next available date. If you need help connecting your card, we are always available at 505-399-4971 to help you over the phone.
Yes: Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon completion of the job.

You will be billed for the remainder of the month along with the initial cleanup if engaging in recurring services!
Next payment is due the 1st of the following month.
We have pre-selected days based on your service area to optimize our routes and we will always assign and show up on your scheduled service day, however we also always try to be as accommodating as possible and if we can schedule it, we'll book it ok.
On your scheduled service day we will always send out an ETA text 30-45 minutes before arrival and a completed text once finished! Communication is paramount to us.

We understand you and your family are busy so as long as there is a way for us to PROPERLY access your yard we can work while you are out and about.
You will still receive an eta text when we are on our way and and a completed text once we are finished including a picture of your secured gate.

We do require the gate to be unlocked on your service day.
If there is lock on your gate we will need the key or the code to gain PROPER access to your outdoor property. (Just let us know in your access notes on sign-up.)
Dogface technicians will NEVER jump over your gate, fence or wall to gain access to your property. There should also never be a time when Dogface will enter the inside of your home, unless invited in by the homeowners. (We utilize shoe covers)
If we still cannot gain access on scheduled service day for any reason we will knock on your front door or reach out via text or cellular phone for a solution.
We may need to reschedule service if after 20 minutes of attempts for resolution have failed. You will still be charged if you're on recurring service and no worries, we will simply provide double duty for double the accumulation of waste on your next scheduled service day.

At Dogface we don't just clean your yard - We protect it!
After every single visit we sanitize all of our tools including the bottom of our shoes. Why?
Because dog waste can carry bacteria, viruses and parasites like Parvovirus, Giardia, Roundworms and E.coli.
Dogface technicians are trained to meticulously clean and sanitize all equipment between every visit utilizing Kennelsol Germicidal Detergent. It's formulated and approved by Veterinarians and animal care experts. This level of care may sound like a small detail, but for Dogface it's non-negotiable.

If we notice loose or bloody stool, discoloration, excessive vomit or anything else that might seem off we'll document it with a picture as something you might want to keep an eye on.
When you love dogs as much as we do, it's always better to have an extra set of eyes on your beloved fur babies!
It's our standard practice to double bag and tie off all collected waste to minimize odor and properly contain the waste. At Dogface we use Eco-friendly Hectolife Compostable, biodegradable garbage liners for waste collection to protect the environment then we simply add it to your garbage can for city collection. Studies have shown this process is a best practice to eliminate cross-contamination from yard to yard. This also helps keeps our service costs low and Eco-friendly sustainable living. Community safety is always a priority!

Dogface only offers Subscriptions or One Time service. You may start and stop your subscription at anytime, for any reason. It's completely up to you and why you're the boss! Our belief is that customer loyalty is built on transparency, trust and excellent customer service.

We take off almost all federal holidays to allow our team time to spend with family and friends.
But not to worry, we will be on double-dooty for double the accumulation the following week to ensure all the waste will be picked up in the event that your service falls on a holiday. All skipped visits will be communicated prior to each holiday to ensure you have timely notice.
Yes, we operate year round with the exception of major holidays! In the case of inclement weather we may need to reschedule service for our safety. Thank you!
We are able to pause your subscription so if you go on vacation let us know and we can temporarily suspend your service.
At Dogface we understand this is a major priority. Rest assured your technician is trained to promptly secure the access point once service begins. (Ensuring no escapes)
After completion of service we triple check our access point is secured by ensuring it's locked or latched and closed. Finally we will document it with a photo of your secured gate and forward it to you immediately. Peace of mind is a beautiful thing!
Yes. Your yard should allow your Dogface technician to move safely throughout your property.
Excessive clutter, grass overgrowth, excessive leaves, weeds or debris may inhibit our ability to collect all the dog waste in your yard. If this is the case we will simply document your account and snap a quick picture for confirmation. Safety first is our priority and if it's safe we'll get after it.
Remember we can only scoop the poop we can see however we will always strive to provide superior customer service.

The first 30 minutes of your clean-up will be completely free of charge! Any time exceeding 30 minutes will be billed at $1 dollar per minute to complete your clean-up. All Fresh Start Initial Clean Up’s are attached and required for all Recurring Residential Service Packages.
One Time CleanUp (one and done) is separate and excluded from Recurring Residential Services.
