At Dogface we consider a Fresh Start Initial Clean Up profoundly imperative BEFORE we initiate any on-going Recurring Residential Service Package.

This will establish a comprehensive baseline of cleanliness that tackles and casts away ALL of the accumulated toxic pet waste built up over time in your yard, and lays the foundation for a healthy, clean, pristine yard. 

As a rule it’s considered the most critical systematic sequence in order to rehabilitate and maintain your property free from toxic bacteria and parasites. This responsibility cannot be understated.

Factors Influencing Cost Of A Fresh Start Initial Clean Up:

Number of Dogs : 

More dogs result in more waste to be collected. 

Last time your yard had a deep cleaning :

Yard Size :

Small Yards (Condo’s/Townhouse) typically equal to 1/8 acre.

Medium Yards (Detached home) typically equal to 1/4 acre.

Large Yards (Detached home)

Typically equal to 1/2 acre.

Accessibility also plays a role in Large properties where steep hills, dense landscaping and excessive clutter will take longer to service and you may incur additional costs starting at $15 dollars, which is always discussed upfront on inspection.

Upon arrival to your home, your Dogface technician will provide a swift on-site inspection of your property, to accurately assess and calculate your estimate based on required total waste collection and time needed to complete your project.

Your proposal will then be communicated to you immediately for your final approval before service begins.

We gladly welcome all home owners to walk the property with your technician on inspection for clarity and accuracy as needed.

(It’s been our experience that Small, Medium and Large properties typically take 30-60-90 minutes to complete depending on waste accumulation, it may also take longer.)
