Pricing Policy

Quotes are typically accurate, but pricing is not final until we inspect your yard on the first visit. We will inform you of any price changes before service begins.

If you pause service for any reason, you may be charged an initial cleanup fee before being added back to a monthly plan.

Fees and promotions may change at any time. If changes occur, we will do our best to notify you at least two (2) weeks in advance.

Disclosure

To retain the free 30 minute Fresh Start Initial Clean Up promotion an account must remain open and active for at least 45 days from the start of service date. If you cancel your Recurring Service Subscription included in the Fresh Start Initial Clean Up before 45 days, Dogface shall recover $30 dollars from the free first 30 minutes that would normally have been billed at $1 per minute. 

Refunds will only be issued for unused pre-paid Recurring Services in canceled month including applicable tax.

Payment Policy

Payment for initial or one-time cleanups is due when the job is complete. If you choose to start monthly service after an initial cleanup, you will also be billed for the remainder of that month.

Payments for recurring services are due on the first day of each month, before service is provided. If service begins in the middle of a month, your first payment will be prorated based on the number of service days remaining in that month.

A $10 late fee applies to past-due balances. If payment is not received before your first cleaning of the month, your service will be removed from the schedule.

Your monthly fee is based on a 52-week calendar and averaged over 12 months. Months with five weeks are included in the pricing, and no additional charges apply for extra visits.

When you first link a debit or credit card to your online portal, a test transaction of $1.50 may appear. No funds are actually withdrawn from your account.

Weather & Holiday Policy

Dog Face operates year-round and will always provide service when conditions are safe, even if the weather is less than ideal.

In cases of inclement weather, we will make every reasonable effort to clean your yard. However, if lightning or other unsafe conditions are present, service may be skipped to protect our staff. When possible, we will make up skipped visits at the next available opportunity.

In the event of excessive flooding or severe weather, service disruptions may occur for extended periods. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed or skipped visits due to weather conditions.

If service is missed for one week due to unsafe conditions and scheduling allows, we may perform double duty the following week. Monthly charges will still apply, as waste accumulation and labor time remain the same.

Customers who keep their subscription active throughout the winter will not be charged an additional spring cleanup fee when service resumes.

If your scheduled service day falls on a major holiday, that week’s service may be skipped and completed the following week. Monthly charges will still apply due to accumulated waste.

Yard Condition Policy

We only remove waste that is visible. We do not dig under bushes, leaves, rocks, or landscaping materials.

If your yard is overgrown, covered with leaves, or cluttered with debris, we cannot guarantee complete waste removal.

To ensure the best results, please keep grass reasonably maintained and remove excess clutter and debris from the yard.

No Access Policy

If Dog Face cannot access your yard due to a locked, blocked, or inaccessible gate, you will still be charged for that visit. When possible, double duty may be performed during the next scheduled service.

Our technician will attempt to knock on your door and contact you before skipping service. You will also receive a notification through the customer portal.

Aggressive Pet Policy

Dog Face technicians enjoy working around dogs when it is safe to do so.

If a dog is aggressive or prevents safe access to the yard, we will attempt to contact you via door knock, phone call, and portal update. If service cannot be completed due to an aggressive pet, you will still be charged for that visit. When safe, we will perform double duty at the next service.

Cancellation Policy

Dog Face does not require long-term contracts. You may cancel service at any time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations can be made by phone or through the customer portal.

If you pause service for part of the year, an initial or spring cleanup fee may apply when restarting your monthly plan.

If you cancel services, we will complete the remainder of the month already paid for. No refunds will be issued for unused visits within that billing period.
