Recurring Residential Service Packages Available
FRESH START INITIAL CLEAN UP (Inspection on site)
The first 30 minutes of your clean-up will be completely free of charge! Any time exceeding 30 minutes will be billed at $1 dollar per minute to complete your clean-up. All Fresh Start Initial Clean Up’s are attached and required for all Recurring Residential Service Packages.
Note:
One Time CleanUp (one and done) is separate and excluded from Recurring Residential Services.
ONCE A WEEK (Total of 4 cleanups per month)
- 1 Dog = $17 per cleanup or $68 monthly + NM tax
- 2 Dog = $20 per cleanup or $80 monthly + NM tax
- 3 Dog = $23 per cleanup or $92 monthly + NM tax
- 4 Dog = $26 per cleanup or $104 monthly + NM tax
- 5 Dog = $29 per cleanup or $116 monthly + NM tax
If you have more than 5 dogs I think we just became best friends! Add $3.00 per dog
TWICE A WEEK (Total of 8 cleanups per month)
- 1 Dog = $16 per cleanup or $128 monthly + NM tax
- 2 Dog = $19 per cleanup or $152 monthly + NM tax
- 3 Dog = $22 per cleanup or $176 monthly + NM tax
- 4 Dog = $25 per cleanup or $200 monthly + NM tax
- 5 Dog = $28 per cleanup or $224 monthly + NM tax

EVERY OTHER WEEK OR BI-WEEKLY (Total of 2 cleanups per month)
- 1 Dog = $33 per cleanup or $66 monthly + NM tax
- 2 Dog = $36 per cleanup or $72 monthly + NM tax
- 3 Dog = $39 per cleanup or $78 monthly + NM tax
- 4 Dog = $42 per cleanup or $84 monthly + NM tax
- 5 Dog = $45 per cleanup or $90 monthly + NM tax

Our all-natural yard deodorizer uses commercial-grade odor eliminators that completely break down and neutralize tough urine, fecal and vomit smells at the source.
Our deodorizer isn’t classified as a hazardous material under OSHA guidelines and contains no toxic chemicals. It poses no risk from oral, skin or inhalation exposure making it completely safe for pets, kids, lawns.

Notes
All Fresh Start Initial Clean Up’s plus the prorated amount for the remainder of your Recurring Service start month are billed immediately after service. (We will accept check or cash one time for this fee).
For all Residential Recurring Service billing you must have a major form of payment on file in your secured client portal. Please refer to FAQ’S and Service Policies for further details.
Example Recurring Service Subscription Quote
Mr. Baca signs up for the Weekly Recurring Package w/ 1 dog (thats 4 clean-ups per month) and will begin his Fresh Start Initial Clean Up on Tuesday 1/13/2026 followed by every Tuesday clean up for the remainder of January. He will be paying $68 dollars per month.
Mr. Baca Fresh Start Initial Clean Up took 45 minutes to complete. Since the first 30 minutes of his intial cleanup is completely free, he's billed at $1 dollar per additional minute to complete the clean up, for a total of $15 dollars for his Fresh Start Initial clean up and also billed the remainder of January (2 more cleanups) on 1/13/2026
Fresh Start Initial Clean Up
- Total: $15.00
- Remainder of January Weekly Recurring Service (1/20, 1/27) $17×2= $34
- Total due after initial cleanup plus prorated amount for January : $15 + $34 = $49 + NM Tax
Now you’re all set for the remainder of January and your Subscription is set in motion. Your next payment to be processed will be:
- 2/1/2026 $68 dollars + NM Tax (Weekly Recurring Service includes 4 cleanups per month)
- 3/1/2026 $68 dollars + NM Tax
(Weekly Recurring Service includes 4 cleanups per month)
And so on.
Notes
With respect to billing, Recurring Service billing is always due on the 1st of the month. For convenience most clients set their billing to monthly auto-pay. Please refer to the FAQ’s and Service Policies for further details. Thank you!
